Description
A plug-and-play solution for achieving moisture-free air.
To ensure the proper functioning of a compressed air system, it is crucial that the compressed air remains dry. When the surrounding air is compressed , it becomes warm, and upon exiting the compressor, it is fully saturated with moisture. When this compressed air cools down, the water begins to condense. In order to protect pneumatic tools, measuring instruments, and other equipment, as well as prevent rust and leaks in the pipelines, the compressed air must be free from moisture and have a relatively low humidity level before it is sent into the main system pipelines. While filters and separators can remove condensed water, they cannot eliminate water vapor. To effectively remove water vapor with a low dew point, the air needs to be dried, and one popular method for this purpose is refrigerated drying. |
